Policies and disclosures

Website and service terms

These terms apply to general website use. A paid service is governed by its own written scope, price and acceptance terms.

General information

Website content is educational and does not constitute personal legal, tax, accounting or immigration advice. Rules and administrative practice can change.

No automatic engagement

An enquiry, assessment, WhatsApp message or document submission does not create an attorney-client relationship, reserve a deadline or oblige Legalyze to accept a matter.

Service scopes

Before payment, customers should receive a written description of included work, exclusions, estimated timing, dependencies and separate government or third-party charges.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, complete and lawful information, review deliverables, protect account credentials and act on deadlines. False or altered records may lead to immediate termination.

No outcome guarantee

Approval, registration, appointment and processing decisions are made by third parties. Fees pay for the agreed work and do not purchase a particular outcome.

Intellectual property

Website content and platform materials remain protected. Purchased templates may be used according to the licence stated in the service scope and may not be resold as a competing product.

Liability

Liability should be determined by the final customer agreement and applicable law. The website should not be relied upon as the only source for an expiring status, appeal deadline or court process.
