Legalyze provides online administrative assistance, guided information, document collection and organisation, process coordination, CIPC support, compliance implementation and general educational resources.
What Legalyze does not provide as a law firm
Legalyze is not a law firm. It does not hold itself out as an attorney’s practice and does not directly provide:
- court appearances or representation;
- litigation strategy or judicial-review proceedings;
- court-process documents prepared for reward where the work is reserved;
- personal legal opinions that must be given by an admitted practitioner;
- attorney trust-account services; or
- a guarantee of a decision by Home Affairs, CIPC, SARS, VFS or another authority.
When professional advice is required
Where a matter requires legal advice, representation, litigation, a legal opinion, tax advice, accounting work or another regulated service, the relevant professional must be identified and engaged separately. You should receive the provider’s name, scope, fee and terms before that work begins.
Assessments and website information
A website assessment helps identify a service route and document plan. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, reserve a deadline or replace advice based on the full facts.
Decisions and processing times
Legalyze can improve readiness, organisation and follow-up. It cannot control appointments, system outages, processing delays, discretionary decisions or approval by a government body or regulator.
